Cracking Complexity − solving the big tasks

For the complex challenges of our time, existing tools are too slow and not effective enough. The problems start at the implementation stage at the latest, when there are a thousand reasons why the supposed solution does not work. With Syntegration, the solution is worked out by the key staff themselves, from the «inside out», so to speak. This creates a broad alliance for its implementation. The method acts as an accelerator that uses the collective intelligence in the company for better results and at the same time creates commitment. Even in difficult or conflictual situations, solutions and plans are developed and effectively implemented within a few months. Areas of application include transformation and change, strategy, cost, organisation and collaboration, post-merger integration, conflict resolution, productivity improvement, innovation and much more.

What does Syntegration do?

9-42 key people go into retreat for 1.5-3 days. The complexity of the challenge is taken into account by involving experts from all units and disciplines of the organisation in a networked, interdisciplinary discussion. Prior to the retreat, 6-12 perspectives (topics) are defined from which the participants work on the overarching ‘Opening Question’. Syntegration networks the participants with each other in a three-dimensional communication structure based on a platonic solid (see figure to the right). On the one hand, this structure maximises networking between people and topics. It also ensures  that good ideas and arguments are multiplied so that the best knowledge of all participants, their collective intelligence, is used in the best possible way. In other words, 9-42 brains are linked together to form one big, powerful brain. A delivery team of ~10 people accompanies the participants and ensures that they are able to work. Using the mathematical properties of platonic bodies, the method ensures an efficiency that is 80 times higher than that of conventional workshops or examinations. It is based on the science of control and communication (cybernetics), which ensures that complexity becomes strength. The robustness of the process has been proven in over 1,000 applications on all continents, in all cultures, sizes and types of organisations.

What are the benefits?

  • Acceleration, speed despite complexity
  • Comprehensive, complexity-appropriate solutions that are wanted by the participants
  • Viable consensus from resolved dissent
  • Action plan ready for implementation after three to four days
  • Degree of implementation of 70 to 80% within 12 months
  • Cultural breakthrough, fighting spirit, confidence, trust, mood of departure, will to implement

Unbelievable! Syntegration accomplished what would have taken three months of work in just three days. The efficiency and results were truly astounding, and I’m beyond impressed with the outcomes achieved in such a short period.

Syntegration is not just any new workshop concept, but a fundamental innovation in communication, because it combines the problem-solving ability of large groups with the efficiency of small teams on a cybernetic basis.

Syntegration is like a time compression machine, delivering maximum information in minimal time. It’s an incredibly efficient way to absorb knowledge and insights that would otherwise take much longer to acquire. Highly effective and time-saving!
