The “standard model of managerial effectiveness” contains everything that all executives need to be effective everywhere and always. The standard model of managerial effectiveness is structured according to the four elements of professionalism around which all occupations are built. Hence it contains:

  • the tasks, that have to be fulfilled,
  • the tools, that have to be used,
  • the basic principles, that determine quality and effectiveness
  • the responsibility for the consequences of one’s actions.
